RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Calypso pieces are made to be worn and loved. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • with all tags and protective materials intact

 

Due to the delicate nature of rhodium-plated brass, pieces showing scratches, wear, or contact with water/chemicals may not be eligible for return.

 

How to Start a Return

Email or WhatsApp us with:

Shipping

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for another style, subject to availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund it at no cost.

 

Final Sale

Sale items, custom pieces, and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Lost or Missing Packages

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

 

Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with the courier.

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:

  • please check with neighbors or building management

  • verify the shipping address provided

  • contact the courier directly

Once a package is marked delivered, Calypso cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. However, we will always try to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.

 

International Returns

We happily accept international returns under the same conditions as domestic orders.

 

Return Window

International customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Duties & Taxes

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at delivery are non-refundable.

These charges are collected by your local customs authority and are outside of Calypso’s control. We are unable to reimburse these costs.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
