Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited pieces may require additional time, which will be specified on the product page. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

• Turkey: 1–4 business days

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• International: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local courier delays.

Customs & duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Siparişler genellikle 2–5 iş günü içerisinde hazırlanır. Sipariş üzerine üretilen veya sınırlı sayıda sunulan ürünlerin hazırlanması daha uzun sürebilir; tahmini süre ürün sayfasında ayrıca belirtilir. Tüm siparişler takip numarası ile gönderilir.

Teslimat sürelerinin gümrük işlemleri veya yerel kargo şirketlerinden kaynaklanan gecikmeler nedeniyle değişebileceğini lütfen göz önünde bulundurun.

Uluslararası siparişler, teslimat ülkesine bağlı olarak ithalat vergisi veya gümrük ücretlerine tabi olabilir. Bu ücretler müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.

All pieces marked as Made to Order are individually produced after your purchase in our atelier. Production is completed within 4 working days. Once your piece is finished, it is shipped via express courier with full insurance.

As each item is made specifically for you, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of the piece. Please note that Made to Order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun, unless faulty.
